Your focus is guaranteed. If something is wrong with your order — damaged, incorrect, or defective — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. First-time buyers are also covered by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee on the first pack. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are faulty.
